Hat Not Hate – Make blue hats to combat bullying.
The Craft Yarn Council – CYC’s website includes Standards pages. These pages have helpful information for crafters including Body Measurements, Hat sizes, and Shoe sizes. There is also an explanation of the Standard Yarn Weight System which shows the Standard Yarn Weight Symbols with gauge listings.
Fiber Art Now Magazine – A quarterly magazine for fiber artists.
TKGA – The Knitting Guild Association is a National group that includes Education and a Certification program for knitters.
CGOA – The Crochet Guild of America is the only National group dedicated to Crochet. Their website includes a Masters program and resources for learning to crochet, which includes information for Left and Right Handed crocheters.
Handweavers Guild of America – The HGA sponsors Conferences and Certificate programs for handweaving, handspinning, dyeing and basket making. Check out their website for resources, including rentals of weaving kits and books.
National Quilters Circle – This website has a variety of Quilting information. There are videos, a Design workshop page, tips and techniques, and patterns.

Atlanta Knitting Guild – Meetings are the 1st Thursday of the month and they are located in Dunwoody, GA.
North Georgia Knitting Guild – Located in Woodstock, GA in the Northwest suburbs of Atlanta, their meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of the month.
Peachtree Handspinners Guild – Meetings are on the 4th Saturday of the month, check their calendar and website for more information. Their meetings are in Decatur, GA.
Southeast Fiber Arts Alliance – The SEFAA Center holds a variety of workshops and exhibits encompassing many different crafts. Check their website for more information. They are located in Chamblee, GA.
Chattahoochee Handweavers Guild – This weaving guild meets the 3rd Saturday of the month and meetings are held in Atlanta, GA. They have a variety of speakers and workshops.
